“The Mount” in Seattle is not your typical nursing home. Inside this 300,000 square-foot facility for the elderly resides a preschool for 125 children. Filmed over one year, THE GROWING SEASON carefully observes these two generations at opposite ends of life’s spectrum, and the joys they find in the midst of the struggles of growing up and growing old.

LITTLE RABBIT & THE LOVERS is a cinema verité documentary that follows Miko, Maria and Andy, three young Chinese adults who are enrolled in a tuition free English college for disabled students in Guangzhou, China. The film follows them over the course of three years and documents their interactions at school, with each other and with their own family members. As each character transitions into adulthood and into independent lives,we gain a better sense of who these young individuals are, as they seek to establish economic, physical and emotional freedom from the disability that defines them and their future in China.
